...this couple of days, mommy was restless+stressful... ... finally, when Ryan getting better, mommy was sick... sore throat & cough...

Probiotic-Lactobacillus GG 20B-CFU CAP (LACTOGG) take 1 capsule once a day mix in porridge.
Mommy skip the Smecta since his poo was ok:)
